About Me

I believe that finding the right therapist is an important part of the healing process. Therapy is a deeply personal experience, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly understood.

I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and a belief that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique experiences, identify patterns that may no longer be serving them, and develop skills that support greater resilience, self-compassion, and emotional well-being.

My work integrates talk therapy, psychoeducation, and evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and shame resilience work informed by the research of Brené Brown. I have a special interest in helping clients heal from difficult life experiences, process trauma, navigate anxiety and shame, and reconnect with a stronger sense of themselves.

I recognize that reaching out for therapy can be a significant step. My hope is that from our first conversation, you feel welcomed, supported, and confident that you have found a partner in your healing journey.
